Admire the scene, step back to what it looked like in the 18th century, and learn about its impact on history. Drive past (pause for photo) at the Old South Meeting House, where the Boston Tea Party was planned, and the Old State House, one of the country's oldest public buildings. Stop at the Paul Revere House, and infamous Old North Church and even visit the Bunker Hill Monument, built in memory of the Colonial Militia's brave fight against 2,200 British Redcoats. Boston has 400 years of history, and you can see the centuries represented in the architecture of each neighborhood. We cover the entire city on this tour, so you get to see the most historic to the most contemporary of buildings and also get some great ocean views. Explore Beacon Hill, a historic district full of red brick, gas lamps cobblestones and a mysterious street layout. Drive through the gilded era Back Bay and learn about the impact of landfill developments on the city's landscape. Finally, enjoy all the green space the city has to offer.
