Day Shift operates as an all-day café, with brewed coffee, handcrafted lattes, pastries, sandwiches, salads, juices and smoothies. It provides options for a morning stop, a lighter break or a casual meal later in the day.

Gatto Pazzo centers on Neapolitan pizza and Italian-inspired small plates. Its pizzas use a signature dough and are cooked quickly for a lightly charred crust, while the wider menu includes spuntini and sandwiches. The concept brings a more focused pizzeria feel to the shared setting without moving away from the food hall’s fast, accessible format.

IRIS Mezze offers Mediterranean food inspired by Greek and Eastern Mediterranean stalls. Bowls and pitas combine fresh ingredients with bright, savory flavors, making the counter suitable for diners looking for a balanced meal with vegetables, grains and seasoned proteins. Chop Shop takes a protein-forward approach, building salads and bowls around crisp greens, warm grains, selected proteins and flavorful toppings.
