Description

Although Boston is often called a 'Walking city', visiting most of its attractions on foot within one day is all but impossible. This combined walking and driving private tour will allow you to get a comprehensive view of the city's highlights, to feel its unique atmosphere, and to discover its monuments and iconic landmarks at your own pace. Together, we'll stroll along historical parks Boston Common and Public Garden, explore Beacon Hill with its quaint cobble-stoned streets lined with elegant red-brick dwellings, and admire the golden dome of Massachusetts State House. We will visit Back Bay and Copley Square with its magnificent Trinity Church and exquisite Boston Public Library. If the weather allows, we will get to the Prudential center or to the Customs House Observation Deck to get a bird's eye view of the ocean and of downtown architecture. We'll drive along the Emerald necklace and enjoy some scenic vistas. The final stretch of the tour includes a visit of Cambridge and its two most famous schools: Harvard and MIT. Typically, I pick you up and drop you off at your hotel but I can also meet you at the cruise port.
